Give pre-loved toys a second chance

Following the success of last year’s Christmas Toy Scheme, we’re excited to be partnering with Habitat for Humanity again to help more families in our council area buy quality, affordable toys for their children this festive season.

If your children have outgrown their toys, don’t just throw them away.  Instead, why not donate gently used, pre-loved toys to our Christmas Toy Scheme?

Toys can be left at the following dedicated drop-off points between Wednesday 1st November and Wednesday 13th December:

  • The Cutts Household Recycling Centre
  • Carryduff Household Recycling Centre
  • Habitat Restore, Lisburn
  • Ballyoran Community Centre
  • Maghaberry Community Centre

The donated toys will then be sorted, displayed and sold at affordable prices to local families in the Christmas Toy Shop at Habitat ReStore Lisburn from Wednesday 15th November to Monday 18th December - as well as a small number of local pop-up shops.
