Find your closest defibrillator

Anyone could suffer from a cardiac incident.  This is why it is important to be familiar with how to find your closest defibrillator.  Your quick action could save a life.

In an emergency always phone 999.  They will supply instructions and tell you of the nearest defibrillator if appropriate.

However, you can familiarise yourself with those found in areas you often work, visit or play.

Defibfinder is a website with up-to-date information on defibrillator (AED) locations across the UK.  At https://www.defibfinder.uk/ enter your location to find your nearest defibrillators. It will list those closest to your home, sports club, business, school or community.

When you click on the defibrillator icons you can see further information such as availability, access information and directions.

An AED is a sophisticated, reliable, safe, computerised device that delivers a controlled electric shock to treat victims who experience a cardiac arrest.
