Summer in the City Programme
Our popular Summer in the City programme returns, packed with exciting activities to keep children active, social and entertained throughout the summer break.
Children aged 5+ years can enrol on the council’s summer scheme programme with a fun mix of coached activities, off-site trips, games, arts & crafts, bouncy castle and much more.
There’s plenty for sporty kids too. A range of sports specific camps will run throughout the summer months including golf, badminton, multisport and even ice skating. It’s the perfect opportunity for them to try something new.
The popular swim camps will once again take place at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex. These camps help children build confidence in the water and improve their swimming skills. Baby Bubbles classes will also be available, offering parents and babies a fun and gentle introduction to swimming together.
The enrolment date for summer schemes, sports courses and swim camps will commence starting from Monday 1st June.
