Give your child the chance to shine at ISLAND Youth Theatre
Does your child have a "shy superstar" waiting to come out? Or maybe they’re a bundle of energy looking for a place to channel it? At ISLAND Youth Theatre (IYT), we’re all about helping young people find their feet and their spark.
Running in easy six-week blocks, our sessions provide a supportive space where kids can just be themselves. It’s a brilliant way for them to learn new skills and build the kind of confidence that helps them everywhere—from the classroom to making new friends or prepping for those first-time job interviews.
The best part? Every child gets the thrill of performing on ISLAND’s professional stage. Our next block is extra special, as students will be right in the heart of the action taking part in the Mayor’s Carnival Parade & Family Fun Day on Sat 9th May! From the 'Twilight Nights' Halloween celebrations to the Christmas Enchanted Walk, we make sure our members are part of the city's biggest moments.
Whether they are a mini (4-5), a junior (6-9), or a senior (10-17), IYT is where they’ll find their voice, grow their communication skills and have a great time doing it.
