Single Tender Actions (STA) awarded in 2024/25

These are also known as Direct Award Contracts.  The justification for an STA is governed by the Public Contract Regulations 2015, therefore in order to reduce the level of risk to us, adherence to the policy is important whilst still permitting us to be agile in responding to unforeseeable circumstances.
