Safeguarding in the community

Safeguarding is any activity which prevents harm from occurring or protects individuals who have been harmed; the Safeguarding Policy reinforces our commitment to zero tolerance to any form of abuse.

Safeguarding in our communities

If you are a young person or an adult and have some concerns about your safety online, mental health etc.

Safeguarding policy

We have a Child and Adults at Risk Safeguarding Policy, which applies to all employees, elected members, volunteers, contractors, grant-aided organisations and those using our facilities irrespective of their function, remit or role.

If you secure funding from us you will be required to provide a copy of your own safeguarding policy or agree to abide by ours.

Read our policy here.
