We offer a professional pest control service to privately owned residential properties and homes rented from a range of landlord tenures such as housing associations and private landlords. We provide a professional service for advice and treatment including measures to prevent and control the problem
Our Pest Control Service also offers smoke testing of drains to investigate rodent and odour complaints.
Statutory action can also be taken against owner(s) or occupier(s) that fail to take adequate preventative measures to stop their properties becoming infested with rats or mice.
You can also use a commercial pest control company to get rid of pests. We would recommend that the public ensure they use a reputable company which is a member of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) or the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA).
Where a householder is a tenant or an owner occupier and the household is in receipt of income related benefits* then the service will be free (see list below)
Householders will be asked to show proof of qualifying documentation.
