The Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Councillor Scott Carson has opened two Books of Condolence for the public to sign in memory of Mrs Joan Christie, CVO, OBE.

Mrs Christie was Her late Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of County Antrim between 2008-2019 and she was also made a Freeman of the City of Lisburn & Castlereagh in 2019.
