Project Title Project Description
EU Trade Programme

The EU Trade Programme targets growth-focused SMEs to pursue new export opportunities in the Netherlands.

ROI Trade Programme The ROI Trade Programme will expand export opportunities for local businesses by facilitating cross-border trade missions.  Thereby leveraging NI’s unique dual access to GB and EU markets, it will open new growth opportunities supporting both established and first-time exporters.
London Trade Programme The London Trade Development Programme will offer businesses the opportunity to grow export sales by connecting with UK buyers.  It will run alongside the Council’s London/Tower of London Business Showcase & Investment event, providing a high-profile platform to engage with investors, policymakers, and business leaders.

Green Growth and Decarbonisation

Project Title Project Description
Green Growth Business Support Programme The Green Growth Programme will support SMEs and social enterprises to look at ways to cut energy costs, reduce emissions, and stay competitive by offering tailored sustainability support, expert-led mentoring/workshops, and capital funding.

Industrial Decarbonisation NI - Phase 2

ID-NI is an Invest NI initiative bringing industry and local partners together to cut energy use, reduce emissions, and build a greener, more competitive economy.

The continuation of this initiative in the Lisburn & Castlereagh area supports decarbonisation by assisting energy-intensive industries to reduce emissions and transition towards net-zero operations. It enhances productivity by reducing energy costs and improving resource efficiency, thereby strengthening firm competitiveness. The project also promotes clustering by deepening collaboration between local firms, supply chains, and energy stakeholders, creating shared innovation benefits and a more resilient industrial ecosystem within LCCC.
