Expressions of Interest are now open for the Future Growth Grant and Future Investment Grant programmes, providing funding opportunities to support business growth, property investment and the regeneration of Lisburn City Centre.
Future Growth Grant
The grant is designed to support property owners and occupiers in bringing vacant and derelict properties back into commercial or private residential use (conditions apply). The grant will also create opportunities for tenants and improve the vitality and vibrancy of Lisburn City Centre.
Future Investment Grant
Funding is available to assist new businesses who are interested in setting up in Lisburn City Centre and existing businesses who wish to expand, repurpose and diversify their premises.

- Contribute to the evening economy
