Valentine’s Day themed events are taking place in Lisburn City Centre this weekend between Friday 10th February and Tuesday 14th February 2023
Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council and Lisburn City Centre businesses have teamed up this Valentine’s Day to offer residents and shoppers the chance to win some wonderful prizes, including an overnight stay for two at the Haslem Hotel. From gift vouchers, chocolates, flowers, cupcakes and more, there are plenty of prizes to go around for lucky Lisburn shoppers.
Between 1pm-2pm on Friday 10th, Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th February, the Lisburn City Centre marketing team will be ‘spreading the love’ right across Market Square and Bow Street. Residents, shoppers and visitors to the city centre will be able to avail of delicious sweet treats and fun spot-prizes.
Chair of the Council’s Development Committee, Alderman Allan Ewart MBE said: “We have partnered with local city centre businesses to encourage shoppers to visit Lisburn for all their present and gifting needs!
“This Valentine’s Day, the city centre will play host to lunchtimes filled with love and laughs, with gift cards and multiple competition prizes there for the taking. There are lots of opportunities for you to feel the love in Lisburn this Valentine’s. If you’re not in, you can’t win, so we’re encouraging visitors and shoppers to get involved!”
