In-person Course (3 hours), Age 16+
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and safe use of an AED (Defibrillator). The certificate is valid for 1 year and includes:
- Assessing an unresponsive casualty
- Recovery position
- Choking
- CPR
- Safe use of an AED (defibrillator)
- Alerting the ambulance service.
