Race Requirements

Please note, no refunds can be made. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON. A donation of £1.00 from each entry fee will go to the event's official charity.

Minimum Ages

Half Marathon - Participants must be 18 years of age.
10K Road Race - Participants must be 15 years of age.
Fun Run - Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council will not be responsible for persons under 11 years of age who are not accompanied by a responsible adult

Confirmation

If you have completed a paper application form and paid the appropriate fee, you will receive a route and starting point map, official charity sponsor sheet and details for the collection of a running pack, which will include T-shirt and race number. For Half Marathon and 10K runners a Champion Chip automatic timing device will be included in the pack. Those who have completed an online entry form will receive a confirmation email regarding entry, pack and collection details.

Please note, your race number must be pinned to the front of your running vest and is non-transferable. No number = no commemorative medal.

Half Marathon 6.45pm
10K

7.00pm

Fun Run 7.20pm

*Times may vary slightly.

Half Marathon -  Times and places will be recorded for all finishers up to 9.30pm.

10K Road Race - Times and places will be recorded for all finishers up to 8.45pm.

Fun Run - Fun event, which you can choose to walk or run. No times or places will be recorded. You may check your time on the clock at the finishing line.

Start and Finish Points

Start and Finish - Both will be at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex, Lisburn Leisure Park. Competitors should arrive no later than 6.00pm, changed. Half Marathon, 10K and Fun Run competitors will be separated at finish - Half Marathon and 10K runners keep to the right, fun runners to the left.

Timing Chip

All entrants in the Half Marathon and 10K will be issued with an automatic timing mechanism which will be attached to the back of your race number. Runners failing to finish with their timing device attached will not be recorded or appear on the results listing and thus will not be eligible for any prizes.  

Pack collection

Half Marathon and 10K runners will need to collect their Number, Champion Chip and 'T' Shirt. 
Fun Runners only need to collect their Number and 'T' Shirt.

To be more environmentally friendly, plastic bags will NOT be used for pack collection unless specifically requested.

Pack collection at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex

 Sunday 16th June: 1:00pm - 8:00pm

 Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th June: 1pm – 8pm

 Wednesday 19th June: 12 noon onwards

Prizes

Competitors in the Half Marathon, 10K race and Fun Run will receive a medal as they cross the finish line.

The below accomplisments will also receive a bonus cash price for achieving the below places.
