Grove Activity Centre
Situated in the heart of the Lagan Valley at situated in Ballinderry Park at Knockmore, Grove Activity Centre offers a wide range of activities.
Among the facilities on offer are: 3-Court Multi-Purpose Sports Hall, Outdoor Facilities Includes 2x floodlit Astroturf 5-a-side football pitches and running track, children’s outdoor playground.
The Grove Youth Club takes place every Friday night for children of primary school age.

There is no need to pre-book gym sessions throughout weekdays and weekends, with the exception of evening sessions.
Members and casual users must continue to pre-book for the below sessions only:
Monday: 5.00pm-6.30pm & 6.30pm-8.00pm
Tuesday - Friday: 6.00pm-7.30pm & 7.30pm-9.00pm

Healthwise Scheme: This is a Physical Activity Referral Programme, which includes a free fitness membership for 12 weeks, personalised exercise plan, supervised gym sessions and advice on leading a healthy lifestyle. Please contact the Centre for further information.
