From the 4th April 2016 Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council has responsibility for Off-Street Car Parks within its area.
There are changes to the charges from Monday 4th April 2016 and these will continue until further notice. The Council is currently developing an off-street car parking strategy which may amend the proposed tariffs.
