The Oil Stamp Saving Scheme has been setup to help our local community budget for their next top up of home heating oil.

The scheme is run by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council and is only avalable for those that live in the council area.

If you have any questions, please contact the LCCC Building Control Service on 028 9244 7372.

Q. How does the scheme work?

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council residents are able to buy stamps at local retailers at the cost of £5 each. You will also be given a stamp card that can hold up to £200 to collect your stamps.

When a resident is ready to purchase home heating oil they call an oil distributor, who is part of the LCCC Oil Stamp Saving Scheme, to avail of their stamps towards the partial or full payment of the oil.
