Service updates or disruptions

Your bin or box collection may be affected by Easter Holidays, click here to see if your collection day has temporarily changed.

Unfortunately, some bins scheduled for collection on Saturday/Sunday were not emptied as planned. If you have been affected, please continue to leave them at the collection point until they are emptied.

Possible disruption to Bin and Box collections

We are aware of potential traffic disruption on Tuesday 14th April that may impact household bin and box collections in some areas. Please set all bins and boxes out for 6.00am, as both Council and Bryson crews will begin collections at this time in an effort to complete all collections. However, it is possible that some areas may not be completed. If your bin or box is not collected, please continue to leave it out and we will endeavour to collect it at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

To report a missed collection, please email recycling@lisburncastlereagh.gov.uk or telephone 028 9244 7300.
