Batteries and small electrical items are not permitted in waste bins.

Incorrect disposal of these items can cause fires in collection vehicles or at recycling/disposal facilities.

Never dispose of them in your kerbside bins or recycling containers.

Take to your household recycling centre and recycle with Small Electrical Waste items. Where possible remove the battery and put it in the battery recycling container on site.
