The Council's Customer Service Guidelines set out the importance of our customers and the value in which we hold our customers.
We deliver a wide variety of services across the Lisburn & Castlereagh area and ensure that our customers receive the information they need, are treated with respect and that our relationships with our customers is strengthened.
