Join the Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Councillor Andrew Gowan for the city's largest community street arts party.

You can expect a host of international carnival performers, musicians and dancers, and hundreds of participants from schools and community groups. Watch as the streets of Lisburn City come alive with carnival colours to entertain and delight!
