Lough Moss Leisure Centre in Carryduff has officially opened the doors of its new fitness suite, following an investment of £300,000 by Pulse Group to create a new state of the art facility in partnership with Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council.

The investment in the centre has seen the creation of a modern fitness suite with cutting edge equipment as well as a choice of new fitness classes to encourage users to take their first steps to an active lifestyle or enhance their current level of fitness.
