Business Solutions- Keeping Businesses On Track

May 20, 2020

Yesterday saw the first of the Business Solutions’ webinars take place to help local businesses overcome the challenges presented with the Covid-19 pandemic; many of which are outside of the scope of their day-to-day experience.

Examining a practical 5-Step approach to business continuity planning, the #KeepOnTrack webinar was timely for many businesses seeking advice and support from Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council.

Joining the webinar Alderman Allan Ewart MBE, Chairman of the council’s Development Committee, said: “Our new webinar series will provide local businesses with practical solutions they can implement straight away and support for their business to keep it on track and improve its resilience.  The fact that we had a packed ‘virtual room’ this morning is clear evidence that there is a real need for this type of support among our business community during these highly challenging times.  We want to reassure businesses that the council’s Business Solutions Team are well placed to provide this with their tailored package of support and expert knowledge.

“Developed in partnership with Innovate NI, this series of eight webinars will focus on the immediate effects of the Covid-19 crisis on your business, over the next three weeks. Examining a range of topics from Business Continuity Planning to Managing and Motivating Staff; Achieving Sales Success and Planning for Recovery, local businesses do not want to miss these.”
