Tender for the appointment of a suitably qualified Organisation/Consortium to provide an interim ‘Go for It’ Programme.


Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified organisation/consortium to provide an interim ‘Go for It’ Programme across the City commencing from 28 April 2017 – to 12 July 2017, with an option to extend for up to 3 months from 12 July 2017 on a monthly basis (any extension will be at the discretion of the Council).The expected output from this Programme is 48 Business plans for potential new business start clients in the Lisburn & Catlereagh City Council area.

Tender for the Delivery of the Northern Ireland Business Start Programme.


Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC) is acting on behalf of the 11 Northern Ireland Councils to appoint a Contractor to deliver a new Northern Ireland Business Start Up Programme.

The 11 Partner Councils are jointly delivering and funding this collaborative business start-up programme across Northern Ireland. The Programme title is the Northern Ireland Business Start Up Programme (NIBSUP).

To this end the 11 Partner Councils have also secured funding for NIBSUP from the EU Investment for Growth & Jobs Programme and InvestNI. This EU Programme is managed by DfE and administered by InvestNI.
