Notice is hereby given that Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council in pursuance of its powers under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972, agreed at its meeting on 26th September 2017 that it intends to apply for confirmation of these bye-laws to the relevant Departments

Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Council to apply to the relevant Departments for confirmation of the said Bye-laws at the expiration of one month from the undernoted date.

Copies of these byelaws are available for inspection at the Civic Headquarters, Lagan Valley Island, The Island, Lisburn, BT27 4RL between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.  A copy of the byelaws may be obtained in accordance with the statutory regulations.
