The Healthy Body, Healthy Mind 4 week course will take place at the Bridge Community Centre every Monday from 7-9pm.

​Greeted with the scent of aromatherapy oils and gentle music, this relaxed course will open with stretching and breathing techniques to ease out the tension of your day. Each week a different wellness topic will support you to be more proactive in keeping well.

Week 1: Healthy Eating looks at current eating patterns and associated emotions and how well they serve you.

Week 2: Thinking examines thought patterns and decision making, lifestyle and sleep patterns and uses Mindfulness techniques to enhance your awareness and create effective mental wellness habits.

Week 3: Emotional Intelligence looks at ways you self-regulate and master your moods and how this impacts upon your self-worth and relationships with others.

Week 4: Health & Wellbeing brings it all together better equipping you to connect with your needs and address them more effectively to set your own personal wellness goals.

The total cost of the 4 week course is £15.
