COVID-19 Recovery Revitalisation Scheme – Small Business Grants Programme

*Reopening for a third call*

The Small Business Grants Programme has now re-opened for a third call to support businesses who have yet to benefit from the initiative. Applications can be submitted from Monday 15th February 2021 until 5pm on Thursday 4th March 2021. They will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis, in line with the eligibility criteria.

This grants programme is funded by the Department for Communities (DfC) and the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) COVID-19 Recovery Revitalisation Scheme.

Funding is available to support businesses through economic recovery and help to provide a safe town and village environment. The programme will also help hospitality businesses with funding to purchase new furniture and equipment to create outdoor customer spaces.

Applicants can apply for grants between £500 and £2000, to support the purchase of equipment and items to mitigate the impact of the new working environment, make shop front improvements and ensure safety for visitors and workers alike.

To be eligible, businesses must be located within the urban areas of Lisburn, Dundonald and Carryduff or in the rural villages of our council area. The list of areas covered is detailed in the application form.
